How we work
Every listing we publish has had its ownership documents and dimensions checked. If a listing is not verified, we label it as such rather than quietly leaving the question open.
We value honestly. Quoting an inflated figure to win an instruction and then talking the seller down three months later is common practice and a bad way to run a business.
Advisers cover specific areas rather than a whole city. The person who calls you back should know what sold on that street last month and for how much.
